If I would have dug further I would have found that this washing machine is known to have the bearings constantly breaking. I have had this washing machine for just over 2 years and already had the bearings and tub replaced in December 2022. It is May 2023 and the bearing are breaking again in only 5 months from moderate use. It is only me and my husband and I am careful to not overload it with too heavy of items. I called again to have this service and you think a reputable company would realize that this is a lemon and replace the entire unit. The cost of parts and labor is more than the machine is worth.
